My name is Noriko Nakane Danh. I am originally from Japan, but have spent the last 30 years living in the United States. I spent the last 10 years living and working in the west coast. My career has mostly been in sales and banking, and I am now excited to bring my experience to Real Estate and am eager to help people just like you achieve your Real Estate dreams!

My life in this country began 30 years ago in the small town of Ada, Oklahoma. I spent a semester as a high school exchange student living with a wonderful family in Ada. After I graduated high school in Japan, I decided I wanted to further my education in the U.S., so I returned to Oklahoma and studied at Oklahoma Christian University (OCU). I spent two years at OCU before transferring to the University of Oklahoma (OU) where I obtained a BA in International Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, I worked in Chicago for 3 years as a sales assistant for a Japanese auto-parts manufacturer. My husband, who is also an OU alumn, and I got married during our time in Chicago. When he decided to get his MBA we packed our bags and moved to California where he studied at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Our time in the West Coast was an exciting time! We lived in San Jose for nearly 8 years where I spent most of my time working as a Sales Representative for Union Bank. We had our first daughter in San Jose, and shortly after we moved to Seattle where my husband was transferred with his job at Microsoft. I was fortunate to keep my job with Union Bank and continued my career at their Seattle branch. Two years after relocating to the Pacific Northwest we had our second daughter.

Our time in the Seattle area was brief as my husband was laid off from his job at Microsoft. After this occurred, we decided to move to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in order to be closer to Cam’s family who still lives in Tulsa. We figured the DFW area would offer us more in terms of career and business, and we were right!

My personal experience in Real Estate includes buying and selling our homes in San Jose and Seattle, and most recently buying our new home in Little Elm. I know how tough it can be. When we purchased our first home in San Jose it took us nearly 6 months, 100 viewings, and 11 offers before we had our first offer accepted! I also know how satisfying Real Estate can be. When we needed to sell our home in Seattle, we had the support of a wonderful agent who sold our home in less than 5 days! Now, I want to help you have the most satisfying experience buying and selling Real Estate in the North Dallas area!
